Returns are only accepted under the following condition:
- The product must be damaged during transit due to our side or the courier company.
To qualify for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proper unboxing video or photo proof must be provided

- The return courier must be arranged by the customer
- Once the returned product is received by us and inspected:
- We will process the replacement
3. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products:
- A replacement product will be provided (subject to availability)
- Replacement will be dispatched only after receiving the returned product
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy
The following conditions are strictly not eligible:
- No return for used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- No return without valid proof
