1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • The product must be damaged during transit due to our side or the courier company.

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proper unboxing video or photo proof must be provided

2. Return Process

  • The return courier must be arranged by the customer
  • Once the returned product is received by us and inspected:
    • We will process the replacement

3. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • A replacement product will be provided (subject to availability)
  • Replacement will be dispatched only after receiving the returned product

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy

The following conditions are strictly not eligible:

  • No return for used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • No return without valid proof
  • No return for customized or made-to-order products

5. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • Only replacement is allowed, not refund

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
